3 Tips to clean up your diet
Here are 3 tips to get you started if you're looking to clean up your diet:
1. Swap out your vegetable oils for coconut oil. Replace things like margarine for avocado! Focus on getting a lot of good fats and eliminating the bad ones (fried stuff, veggie oils, overcooked animal foods.)
2. See how you do without gluten for a week or two. Gluten and wheat products tend to add water weight and a lot of bloats. Not to mention, they can aggravate skin problems, hormonal issues & even impact your mood.
3. Try a new veggie this week. Lightly steam your veggies, or chop them up and eat them raw with dip, or in a salad. Veggie soup is also wonderful because the nutrients aren't lost in the cooking process because you're consuming the broth.
